With a background as a certified hotel specialist, a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, and extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development, he has held leadership roles as Director for multiple hotels. But for Johannes, hospitality is not just about theory—it’s about hands-on experience and real-world impact.

As a hotel consultant and entrepreneur, he continuously develops innovative concepts, including The Smallest Hotel Book of the World and Sensation Hotels. His work is driven by networking, innovation, and the powerful connection between people, hotels, and brands—there’s no room for stagnation.

Johannes Fritz Groebler is also the author of The Difference Between FAKE HOTELS and Real Hotels, shedding light on authenticity in the industry. Additionally, he is the designer and creator of the world’s first crypto hotel, pioneering blockchain, NFTs, and Bitcoin in hospitality since 2019.

Through his consulting business Hotel Success, he helps hotels thrive by providing expert guidance and strategic solutions in a rapidly evolving industry.

Frank A. König is an experienced business economist and a member of the German Association of Professional Journalists since 2005. As Ambassador and Director of Press & Partnerships, he brings extensive expertise in communication, media relations, and strategic partnerships.

Beyond his professional career, Frank A. König serves as a board member of the Bangert Foundation, where he acts as a visionary and driving force behind initiatives focused on contemporary art and culture in the Rhein-Neckar-Metropolitan region. His commitment to promoting art and culture is evident in numerous projects that inspire creativity and introduce new perspectives.

Additionally, Frank A. König is actively involved with the PEN Center Germany, a prestigious writers’ association dedicated to fostering literature, promoting the free exchange of ideas, and defending freedom of speech. His support reflects his strong belief that cultural diversity and independent journalism are essential pillars of an open society.

As a longtime restaurant critic for the Rhein-Neckar-Zeitung and Meininger Verlag, Frank gained deep insights and extensive expertise in fine dining and luxury hospitality. His experience has shaped his refined understanding of the world of upscale gastronomy.
